GYMNASTICS

 

Gymnastics movements develop strong, lean, and connected bodies. The skills practiced at ATOMIC will seamlessly condition all planes of motion in ways standard training often neglects.

WEIGHT TRAINING

 

The ol' fashioned way to get strong. Lifting heavy loads with perfect form makes noticeable and measurable improvement to body in breathtaking fashion. Not to be skipped. Ever.

YOGA

 

Develop balance, flexibility, coordination and concentration.  Like gymnastics, Yoga integrates all body segments seamlessly and creates a system worth more than the sum of its parts. Yoga also seeks a higher state of physical and mental experience. You'll find elements of yoga in every session.

MARTIAL ARTS

 

Develop competency in the basic punch, elbow, knee and leg strikes. Focusing on fundamentals allows clients learn skills that translate to every physical activity. The martial arts put it all together, burn a ton of calories and teach you how to, dare we say it? Kick ass!

WHY ATF PERSONAL TRAINING? 

Personal training is best job in the world. Here at ATF we have assembled a great team and everyday is a fun adventure in fitness. How many people can say they LOVE their job?

THE BEST PART:

Designing programs, improving the facility and then watching as you safely push your limits. Guilty pleasure: I like being surrounded by happy people. 

MY MOTIVATION:

Making breakthroughs and setting new personal records. I want this both for our clients and myself personally. I'm always striving for that next level.

After working in the big box gyms I prefer the exclusive, small club atmosphere. Less distractions means we get more done.

The moment when my client realizes that they are stronger than they ever thought possible.

WHY ATF PERSONAL TRAINING? 

I want to be a part of something inspiring, to grow and become great.

THE BEST PART:

I like helping people improve themselves and showing them they're able to accomplish feats they couldn't believe were possible. Every time I work with someone and I see the smallest ounce of improvement, it genuinely makes me happy.

MY MOTIVATION:

Becoming the best version of myself, both physically and mentally. It's a long journey but will ultimately make me able to overcome anything and be successful in whatever I do.

I find it rewarding. Personal training is all about developing a one on one relationship with a person and helping them to achieve their goals.
