WHY ATF PERSONAL TRAINING? 

I love my job. Here at ATF we have assembled a great team and everyday is an adventure in fitness. 

THE BEST PART:

Designing programs, improving the facility and watching clients achieve their goals. Just sayin' it's pretty cool being surrounded by happy people. 

MY MOTIVATION:

Making breakthroughs and setting records, for our clients and myself personally. I'm always striving for that next level.

After working in the big box gyms I prefer the exclusive, small club atmosphere. Less distractions means we get more done.

THE BEST PART:

The moment when my client realizes that they are stronger than they ever thought possible.

When I see someone who is having a tough time getting in shape I can relate. I've been there. We all have. Getting someone through to the other side is awesome.

WHY ATF PERSONAL TRAINING? 

I want to be a part of something inspiring, to grow and become great.

THE BEST PART:

I like helping people improve themselves and showing them they're able to accomplish feats they couldn't believe were possible. Every time I work with someone and I see the smallest ounce of improvement, it genuinely makes me happy.

MY MOTIVATION:

Becoming the best version of myself, both physically and mentally. It's a long journey but will ultimately make me able to overcome anything and be successful in whatever I do.

Personal Training and fitness have been a passion of mine ever since I discovered not only the physical benefits but the mental benefits of becoming physically active.

Showing others that working out can be fun and a great outlet to relieve stress or anxiety.

MY MOTIVATION:

Seeing my clients' dedication and perseverance each session motivates me to continue training and educating myself.
