What to expect from your first session at ATOMIC:

  • Introduction to the studio and staff
  • Detailed analysis of your goals and current fitness level
  • Body Fat Measurement (optional and non-invasive)
  • Mobility work, stretching and full body warm up
  • Functional Movement Screen and moderate to hard workout (depending on current level of fitness)
  • Cool down and stretch session performed by trainer
