Inspiration is what brought you here and that’s where Atomic personal training begins. We start by developing muscle dynamics and cardiovascular output, identifying your strengths, weaknesses, helping you to breathe deep and get strong.
Building on what inspired you we then concentrate on your motivation to continue. The intensity increases in parallel with your strength and skill. We introduce advanced methods, barbell techniques and prepare you for your day with a tension-releasing stretch.

What Should I Bring To My First Session?
Other than your inspiration you should bring athletic shoes, apparel, and a water bottle! We eliminated our paper cups in an effort to be more eco-friendly! We’ve got everything else covered!
Do You Have Showers And Changing Rooms?
Absolutely! We have the facilities to get you prepped for work or a night on the town. Not only that but we have lockers, towels, soap, shampoo, deodorant, and a fridge to store your lunch or pickup your Kettlebell Kitchen order.
