LEVEL I

ATF Training is elite personal training for the discerning New Yorker. Get into amazing shape using only the best most essential exercises. With our team in your corner you can do anything!


LEVEL II

ATF Training is a more advanced and customized program for those who have completed the Elements. In ATF Training we increase intensity and decrease the rest time (meaning it continually gets harder). Continue to work to correct muscle imbalances and compensations diving deeper into soft tissue work, myofascial release and trigger point therapy.


LEVEL III

Excellence begins with how high you set your standards.  At Level III, you receive the highest level of program design and access more advanced training modalities.  Here we introduce advanced barbell lifts, higher intensity training and comprehensive program design. You’ll get more out of Level III because you will put more effort in.
